does anyone know what the fastest car in the game is?... not just in acceleration, but all around cornering/acceleration/top speed?

the fastest car is a suzuki ESCUDO with full tune up , I"m telling U man , it was in the GT3 and it"s now.

I got the chapparel 2j racer, has excellent acceleration and yur doin 215 mph in about 5 seconds.i have 1067 h.p. on mine.But the escudo pikes racer is the fastest with the full tuneup.

it's called susuki dirt trial car in 4, and i gave it a nick-name, it's the bullet, gos just as fast and turns just as good, in other words it's only good 4 the test corse, no 1 car is best in all arias but the Dirt Trial car has best horse power after tuning (1881 hp), the best 4 handeling is the formula gran turismo (F1 car) it has around 700-800 HP and 7 gears(best car on all tracks execpt 4 the test corse and endurance races)

if you soup up a ford gt to its max horse power and equip nitous then at test track you can get to at least 270 mph. But to get to this speed you need to use the nitrous in the middle of the turn. But my highest ever speed surpassed 290 mph while drafting in a ford gt.

to get the suzuki escudo pikes peak version you need to do the Yosimite rally I in hard mode in the special condition races
