how do you get past the arrow part and if its good timeing then i am screwed

you have to time it just right
begin pulling back when the enemy solders about in the back corner

I tried the challenge, just for fun. but how do you throw an enemy without killing him? (first challenge)
I got through the game by brutally killing every enemy in my sight, not caring if I throw him, rip him to pieces, or just cutting his head off.(I love this game!! the blood!! ^^)
please help?

for the first challange get the cursed legionairres on the edge then try to grab them and they will fall off the edge

I did it!!!!!
I completed the Challenge of the Gods!!!
*goes berserk about his achievement*
Now I'm playing the game again, with the Ares Armor-costume
That costume is SWEET! not only does it look good, but it also gives you a power boost!
I also finished God Mode-difficulty by the way :P
That's a lot harder, enemies deal out more damage and take less.
anyway, good luck to you all.
Tip: do not get frustrated during the Challenges, just keep trying. You'll get them eventually ^^

P.S. with the first challenge, I broke the shield, grabbed the sucker, and just swung him off the platform.
That doesn't count as a kill until you collect the orbs it drops when he hits the ground. ^^ that challenge was zo easy.
