i have beat this before
so i will help

The term suck does not work with games like resident evil 4 and grand theft auto san andreas.And anyone who does say it is a bad person.And i litteraly have a gay dog

that's you need knight's of the round with W-Summon or Double Summon or whatever, and also have Omnislash and have it so that it always hits for 9999. Better than KotR but not with that W Summon on...

they say you shouldn't kick someone when they're down... but what do you do when they're down and swiping you at the ankles?

oh, this is the one under water right? so is the roblem the time limit? i'd suggest getting all of your characters up to Lv 99

w-summon
mp absorb+ phoinix
hp absorb+ knights of the round
and use mime, i killed all 4 Weapons on level 51 without loosing any hp or mp with all my charicters alive

Idiots, you need the underwater materia( get it for trading a morped item from those ship enimys that can kill a teammate with his attacks)duuuuuuuuu.
