when playing come out fighting level for the first time when entering the panzerschreck building instead of going through the door and up the stairs I some how ended up in a room with a flying saucer and four health packs, after getting KIA I couldn,t find this room again. no ur not crazy all u have to do is after u clear the building go bak outside jump over the sandbag and onto the barbed wire then walk along the barbed wire towards the house keep walking towards the house till u go thru the wall and follow the hallway to the ufo and health
