How do you get your hired drivers liscense so they can make deliveries?

You get a lincense by doing a rucuring job . to find one, is to try to finds one. That is how you get a lincense so your guys can deliver the jobs.

ill write it bettr for u go to a shipping place. if u look at a semis status box over the semi in paranthesis u should see usually (adhoc) look for one that says (recurring) make a sucessful on time no damage trip then look in ur notebook on the liscenses page n there shuld be a star then just go to the jobs page and select a rating and assign a job good luck

Ive hired a driver ive waited 2 days lookin at loads for the recurring loads. do i have to have a company rating so high before those loads pop up or something or do they just pop up random, or is there something else i have 2 do before they pop up? plz help me
