there is no glitch city in pokemon yellow, and hueva told u there was, was lying!!!

Well, there IS a glich city, but no gym.
first go to the safari zone. then immediatly come back in, say no to his question about goning in and then save when your in safari zone again. turn off and then back on your gb and then go back to the house and he'll act like you are just coming in. say no and get out of the house and then fly to the cannabar islands. surf along the side and after about 500 steps, DING DONG your safari game is over. ull be back at the house and when u walk out, ull be in glich city. u can only catch water types.
