Here's the guide that I made for the 8th level. It probably won't get you a gold, but it gets you past it.
First things first, you want to go and blow up the barrels. Go out on the pipes and shoot them; that way the enemy won't blow them up on you.
Then you put the silencer on the P2K/Golden Gun, and pick off as many enemies as possible. After that, go up the ladders, turn off any alarms, and kill the remaining enemies. Grab a Calypso.
Skip the cutscene as you enter the room. Shoot the n00b by the computer, and walk up to Blochhead, and after he runs away like a little girl, get the crane program with the Q-Remote. Then, drop the crate on the crane to achieve nothing at all but a 007 move. Go outside, shooting the barrels. Kill everyone there. Pick up all the ammo they drop, grab the nearest Armor, and continue down the stairs. Blochhead will be laughing like a . Ignore him. Kill the nearest guys through the fence and get out your laser. Destroy all the locks with it. Proceed through the vent on the left, grab the vest if necessary, and shoot the barrels. Both guys will die. Take their ammo. Open the door and go through. Put one crate down with the Q-Remote. Jump onto it; this part takes a few tries sometimes. Then, put the one you're on up and the next one down. Jump onto the next one. Put that one, the one you're on, up, and jump over. Kill the 2 noobs on the roof after you climb up the ladder to the Pwnage gun. Get in the Pwnage gun and gun down anything in your way, noob or gunship-noob. Then, Blochead will continue to run like a little girl. A few more noobs will spawn. If you haven't already, shoot out the barrels and the forklift. After a few explosions, most of the noobs should be dead. If not, fix the problem with the Pwnage-gun. Proceed down the ladder and into the operation room with the glass windows. Then, you need to use the laser to open the little tool-box style crate. Grab the best gun in the game, which is inside, and go collect as much of the ammo and armors as you need/can find. Then, go up the ladder onto the platform that Blochead was on. Press the obvious button to lower the walkway, and go through the door. In the pumproom, you will start off being shot by noobs. (Damn you, EA!). Kill them and pull out the SSR 4000. Snipe the first sniper in the legs. Go down and kill the noob on the platform who throwns grenades constantly. Once you killed everyone and got their ammo, go into the room with the big green button. Press it, for noobs to spawn! Also for the big thing to start moving. (It's an oil pump, just for the record.) Go down and kill the newest noobs. An armor is located under the walkway that you started this room on. Grab that if you need to. Go down and walk to the canister thing. Fill up the jet. Ok, now picture the room from a bird's eye view. Pretend north is the end opposite to the one you started on. Picturing it like that, go to the walkway on to Northeast side of the room. Climb up that and jump onto the oil pump from there. Use your jet to get up to this next room. Shoot the ropes holding up the barrel platforms on the sides of the rooms to pwn some enemies. Go through the door and kill the sniper with your own sniper rifle. My memory for this part is kind of hazy, but bear with me. on the top-right side of the platform, there should be a ladder. Go up it, kill anybody up there (providing there is), and go up the elevator. Up there, kill everyone you need to. The snipers on the platform can be dropped into the ocean if you use the Q-Remote on the platform thingies. An elevator of n00bs should come down after that. Launch an FSU-4 'nade at em. Go up the elevator. I'm not sure if the copter comes now. If it does, snipe the n00b in the front seat with the SSR-4000. That will take down the copter. If not, use the FSU Grenades. Use the jet to get up the platform #1. Then, refuel jet and use Q-Claw to get up to the last one. You get a bond move, I think. *continued*
