How do i grab sum 1 as a hostage? to protect me from the cops shooting. becuase on page 7 in the book its saids ( o to grab hostage as human sheild ) can't i grab a hostage? can sum 1 help if i can grab a hostage? please help me

when i did a hostage i grabed him with 0 and then took out my gun
