Marluxia is fun to beat. Sometimes I go back to my Sora Mode and beat him just for fun when I get bored of Riku mode. In total, I've beaten marluxia 20 times with Sora at level 73. I like watching the ending sequence and listening to Utada Hikaru's song at the end... it's a pretty koo song.
I don't think I'd be able to take all of them at once, however... that would take a while
