thing is in my game i migrated all my good pokemon over to diamond, so i had to start training other pokemon fast after i encountered suicune for the 1st time and realized i had nothing to catch it with anymore.
I guess that gives you an opportunity to raise Pokemon that will make it easy to fight Suicune. And now that you have seen Suicune, you can now track it's location on the Pokedex.
I have beaten Poke'mon FR once and LG twice (not catching all 386 poke'mon), so I can help anyone. I am online at least once per day, so I could be helpful!

the shiny stone is only in dimond/pearl not lg fr or r s e
