help on Warcraft 3: Reign of Chaos PC Message Board - Page 1

when starting up battle net, it will go to the part where it says 'downloading data files' but then it does nothing. i left it on that way for an hour and it still didn't finish doing that. what shoud i do?

u might need a better version of flash player or shockwave player go to macromedia.com to download them

GAMEMASTER101 how far are you on Warcraft 3?Im stuck on Chapter 7:The Fall of Dalaran.Its where you have to kill the three wizard guys.I know the cheats but somehow they keep beating me.Trust me Im really good.

ok well for gunmin i suggest u unblock blizzard if u have a fire wall or even do what the other guy said i cant remeber what he said :P but like i said that maybe the problem cuz it happened to me also and another thing is u might not have enuff memory? that might be the case but like i said unblock it if u have a fire wall thats usually happens if u dont unblock it :P

Ive beaten it hundreds of thousands of times WITHOUT CHEATS!!!!! If you know the cheats then you should know that "whosyourdaddy" is the cheat for invulnerability. so try again and if you can't beat it then cheat.

But I am finished and my advice, use the god cheat whosyourdaddy. LOL. I can't believe people who wouldn't use it if they are doomed at a chapter.

What he means is when you directly click Battle.Net a small window pops up in the middle of your screen, and it downloads temporary connectivity files which help curse the lag away. With his issue, he needs to "Port Forward" (www.portforward.com) the ports which would be stated at that website, on his router.

What blocks most ports is a built in router firewall. I myself disabled this built in firewall by going to my router IP (192.168.1.1) and enabled DMZ, and typed in my router IP, which is (192.168.1.100).
