i heard that if u get regice and registeel and the other one u need 2 get them 2 level 100 and take them 2 this media center i think im not sure and theyll give u 99 master balls sorry i really cant tell u everything

put a master ball with any pkmn and another and make them breed then baby will have master ball.;.That is what i heard.
