how do i kill the rancor on taris that is gaurding the secret vulkar base plz help

Use stealth to sneak in with Mission and plant as many damage type mines as you can between the rancor and the door that you came in . Get behind all the mines then throw a grenade at the thing, the grenade does some damage ,then as the rancor charges towards you it blows up all the mines and drops right before it gets to you!

you find a scent thing and then go over to the dead body by the skeletons and go onto give item and put the stinky thing and a grenade then run away and watch it go boooooooooom
