I've completed all races but i'm only sitting at 98% complete. If anyone can help I'd appreciate it. Oh and whaqt exactly is the capone hummer cause i cant seem to get it to work.

well when i continue my career theres only two outrun racers on the track and i've raced them atleats a dozen times and yes i have all 5 cars with all 10 stars but still cant get all the upgrades

did u do the two races at the begining of career mode game with Rachel's car. if u didn't u will hav to start over to get the two percent
