Storage Mega Resources:
VERY IMPORTANT: Pause the game and click on one of your resource depots then flip this on and the selected depot's resources will be set to max, repeat the above steps for the rest of your depots then disable it and unpause the game, DO NOT KEEP THIS OPTION ENABLED!
IT WON'T WORK FOR THE RESOURCES WITH ZERO QUANTITY!!!!
The amount can be customized with the editor or the gear icon.
The default value is 30 and if you're going to customize it then make sure to multiply your amount by 1000. For example if you want to set 180 then: 180x1000=180000.
Unlimited Drone Battery:
It won't max out the drone battery.
Carried Resource:
Select one of your drones and command it to get a resource from your depots and select one of your resources and pause the game then while making sure the drone is selected edit the resource which the drone is carrying and put it back in your depot and unpause the game.
The value is multiplied by 1000 so if you got 1000 it means you got 1 resource and 2 = 2000 and so on, so make sure to stick to this math.
Value:

anyone else having the problem where when the trainer is active and the game tries to autosave the game freezes and after a few minutes the game crashes to the desktop and this only happen when the trainer is active?
I do also experience this, but it does not crash. Maybe it's because my RAM is 32 GB? I dunno. It only takes loads longer than it should. It's kind of annoying to have this issue and to have at least 3-5 minutes of loading time instead of mere seconds only.
P.S.> Can you also please update the Trainer Demonstration Video? So we can follow how to use the editor, like "Carried Resource" as well as the "Storage Mega Resources" option.

Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.

I attempted to upload a savegame, but I keep getting sent to the CH 404 page.
I have filed a support request.
I did also file an update report and attempt to boost priority, but the queue is full.

Yeah, it does not work right now on build 1.0.1.382681_20799396. On the initial build, 1.0.0.382125_20679261, it works somehow on just two depots but not at all times. This is why I am asking on my first reply for a video demonstration so we can follow it.
