Whenever I bring Game Bar during pc game play-through and after clicking "CONNECT" on "CH Overlay" , out of 10 times, 8 times CH Overlay gets either stuck (CH Overlay does not respond after clicking "Connect" and have to restart game for CH Overlay to connect) or sometimes CH Overlay simply says "Failed to Connect".

This error usually happens when "Connecting" CH Overlay for the very FIRST TIME during any Game Play-through. if the CH Overlay is successfully connected then issue does not occur as long as the game is not closed.

I request you to please solve this issue with CH Overlay as it is one of the key feature for aurora as it is very handy for me to bring upon game bar by just pressing xbox icon on xbox controller and CH Overlay appears within a second.

I'd be grateful if this issue could be looked on and fixed by CH Staff.

I didn't noticed any connection issues, I'll check that out

do you open the overlay and connect before you activate the trainer? thats the only time it bugs out for me and i usually have to restart pc to fix it

Make sure you have the latest version of the overlay. If the trainer isn't activated and I click on connect, it "hangs" on connect for like 5 seconds and then it says failed to connect. If I connect after trainer activation its instantly connected. Everything is smooth and responsive.

the CH overlay is latest version and the aurora version is also the latest version.
the issue occurs when I have already activated the trainer with the game and once everything is on, then during Gameplay I then turn on CH Overlay from gamebar and it always hangs and crashes first time for any game I play and then I have to restart the game to get the CH Overlay working.

Even the above user pointed out that there is an issue with CH Overlay that it either crashes or hangs.
I hope this issue gets checked by CH Staff again.

I asked another staff member to test it but same results I have. Works just fine. Could you uninstall the overlay please and then install it again: Link

Also what is your OS and your antivirus?
