Would like to report a bug I've found (made an official report through the app too).

So if you turn on the "Free Build" option, even if you immediately turn it off again, it PERMANENTLY breaks the scanning function.

Normally, you scan a thing and it gets added to your build list under "Decorations".

If you turn on the Free Build cheat and turn it off again. The Scanner permanently breaks.

I've done some testing.
Had a save where I scanned things, with the trainer running other cheats (like infinite energy).
When I turn on the free build, and turn it off, from that point on nothing you scan goes into your build list.
I tried saving, quitting entirely, and going back in... same thing. Scanner DOES NOT work. Nothing gets added to your build list after that cheat was activated.

Tried turning the cheat on, building something, then turning it off.
Same thing, nothing scanned after that cheat was activated gets added to your build list.

This is a critical bug that at the very least should get a big warning on the trainer so people know. If you use the Free Build cheat currently, it will permanently disable scanning items on that save.

As I said, I also tried saving, quitting the game entirely and starting it up and loading. Didn't run the trainer, just the game.

So it seems that the cheat PERMANENTLY breaks the scanning tool and prevents scanned items being added to your build list.

So I would suggest players use the infinite carry weight, and cheat themselves huge stacks of materials to build with, and cheat that way.

I will remove this option in the new update, I cannot fix it.

Best to remove it and cheat through massive resources than having players accidentally screw their game. I just gave myself 9999 of all the resources and components, so I can make whatever I want no problem.[quote2]
