In Borderlands 4, Specialization points are server-sided and tied to your account, not your individual character. The Specialization system is the successor to the Guardian Rank system from Borderlands 3 and functions similarly by providing permanent endgame bonuses.
Also nobody sent me any saves with points. Probably because you won't be able to, as its likely tied to your ACCOUNT and NOT a save.
I doubt this is doable. And even if it is, I have not "completed the entire game"

i'm not sure that's accurate as there are several youtubers (cf. Dantics latests video www.youtube.com/watch?v=RllPu6X6LLA ) that talks about the community's unhappiness with selected decisions by the B4 developers. In particular he talks about the decision to make the specialization system character specific, unlike the guardian system in B3.
B4 developers appeared to promise this early in development, but the actual on the ground experience appears to be that this system is character specific, not account wide: each character must earn all the points starting from 0. Now, of course this doesn't mean that B4 hasn't moved to lock this system down on the server. In any case, a character must complete the campaign before the specialization tree can even be viewed and I am not there yet. When i get there i'll give you a save game, but others my have such a save already. I hope they read this and send it to you.
