Fast Skill cooldown is useless withhout unlimited skills. You just run out and it never recovers uses
I can use my skills over and over. NO idea what you are talking about.
People write stuff like this but include NO SAVES.

Vex action skill definatly dosnt recharge when the cheat option is used, i dunno about other charecters
Can anyone explain how to level up using the trainer?
So in game for example my exp is 2000/80000, I change the 'exp needed to level up' to 1 then in game it shows something like 2000/1,842,124,734. I kill something and then nothing happens I don't level up or anything it just becomes like 2100/80000.
If you want to level up, don't change the 'exp needed to level up' value. Instead, set your current XP to be just below the required amount. For example, if you need 10,000 EXP to level up, change your current XP to 9,999. Then, go get a little more XP in the game (like by shooting something), and you will level up.
I am using Vex and using Fast Skill Cooldown and it just stuck at 0.0. Without cooling down. My skill point is only 4 as only trying to use this trainer. The fast skill cooldown is bug for Vex!
And now I can't use my special skill cos it's stuck at 0.0 and by disabling and enabling it or vice versa, it just doesn't reset or work and still stuck at 0.0.
Its bugged for vex minion build. Restart the game and dont use the option. I have already requested a fix and provided a save
