Just go to main menu and back in the game and NPCs are alive again. -

... what a pity ...Yeah so pity that I spent 3 hours in the middle of the night to get you this trainer and get this as the 'special thank you' in return from you, splendid.
Asking for a little treat for our time which we spend on getting you these trainers and extra options is not being pity but to cover the expenses, if you're not happy with that then you're free to find yourself another provider. -
