I did and I had them without issues.
Used the free build option when I had the broken chip part and upgraded my Quantum Computer to tier 7 or 8 (can't remember) so I can alter every single version of my main. No issues."We fight or we die. That's the plan." - Sheppard, ME3 -

you have to just make the number you need around 8 i think or you get sstuck lol maybe edit the inventory llower and turn off infinite items

Yes. You can't have all the alters. I have put a warning about this in the main trainer post.
EDIT: Go a few saves back and don't unite them. Next time don't use this trainer for all the alters.
