Regarding exp: you need to get level at least once normally to make game unlock cars. For example if you wanna cheat 20 lvl you should set 605990 exp and get 10+ in game normally, so you got 20lvl legit way. Otherwise you will break your save
Yup, this indeed works. But, if we can't somehow revert the our "bricked" saves, there is nothing else to do than to get a clean save from someone else.
Gonna go to bed now. Very upset, but at least somewhat happy that I did manage to make it work. If you can, or if someone else reading this, I would love to have a savefile that has the first 4 maps done. At least 3.
same issues as most have posted here, for whatever reason first save after doing first map and trying editor options for both xp and money show as negative, however start a new save and can edit them fine, even before even starting first map. very odd. annoying game cause its hard to just speedrun levels lol so hard to test much further but i'll grind a bit and try and get a few more maps unlocked to test more and post a save.

You're my hero mate. If you want to have max lvl and the game to recognise it, put in 605990 and do anything that gives xp, then boom, you're max lvl, without breaking the save and the game will say you unlocked a lot of vehicles. Whenever you can, just send a save my way and I will appreciate it fully.
