To submit a request for a new distribution platform, please use our trainer requests system. Once at least 5 people request the same distribution, it will be available for funding. Please do NOT use the trainer option request system to request new platforms as they will be denied. Premium members at any level may request a new distribution as long as it’s done through the normal request system.
It seems the unlimited XP maxes your level, but the unlocks are still locked as if you have to hit each individual level before they're unlocked. I hope my save isn't bricked.
You have to earn some exp for the changes to take affect and after that you can purchase the locked ones.

The changes have taken effect, I'm level 20 (max). I've done several missions and gained XP since, still locked. My 17h save is essentially bricked.

No it's not, it can be fixed using an exp editor which I'm working on it.

Unlimited/anywhere "Refill Sand" would be great. I believe the trainer for the preview had this as well.
