Notes

Unlimited Gold:
Takes effect when your gold changes (usually if you move to next week). Value can be customized after you activated this option.
Unlimited Prosperity:
Takes effect when your prosperity changes.
Unlimited Happiness:
Takes effect when your happiness changes (usually if you move to next week)
Unlimited Influence:
It will set your influence to a specific value you can customize after trainer activation. I recommend making a backup of your savegame before using this option. Takes effect when your influence changes.
Unlimited Items:
While active items in your inventory stay on use
Toggle Developer Menu:
Wait until you can move around with your king. Then press hotkey.
