Mega Health:
This doesn't take hold until you play the NEXT map. It's a massive health boost such that you have huge health the remainder of the playthrough.

Super Damage Enemy Commander:
This can actually affect the player too, instant death. It's best to leave this off unless you plan to use the Unlimited Attacks. You can turn Unlimited Attacks ON, then this ON, then attack and the commander will instantly die. Commander has to take damage at least ONCE for it to work.

Unlimited Special Attacks:
You can continue to attack over and over with your special attack rather than having to wait 2 turns.
