I no longer have the save file (because you need to clean the save folder manually when you reach 100 saves, I have my current save if you want I can send it to you by MP, I'm close to the end of the game which is 40h give or take) but I can help you even better because I managed to find and edit the data using Cosmos advanced.
Basically you set it to unknown value in int32 for the first scan. Then you search increase/decrease by x32 (so if your action is "pay 3 prestige" in the "help your men" screen you look for a value decrease by 96). Eventually you should get the proper value (it can be a negative but it's completely random afaict and resets every game). Once you edit it again it's x32, so if your value number is 45692 and you want 10 more prestige you add 320 to it (46012).
It's not perfect but it should work for giving yourself plenty of prestige/trust. Orders and action points works the same, one spent point is 32, 2 is 64, etc..., but once you give your troops xp buffs they have plenty I've found.
Tell me by MP if you still want my current save, I've posted this message publicly so that anyone looking to edit the value themselves can.
