Hmmm, something happened after I was testing stuff with unlimited health I noticed I was no longer getting hurt, even though the trainer wasn't running, I have to roll back a save to an hour ago.
I've tried toggling it on/off, reloading the entire game, somewhere it just won't let me get hurt Just a precaution for anyone using it maybe.
If it's stuck like that I don't know if there's a scripted death or some way to die instantly falling from height, that would be your best way of resetting the health.
Im confused, I am using the steam version of this on gamepass. heartbeat, and health seem to work just fine? did the people just not try to use it before requesting the gamepass version? kinda wish i could take my points back.
edit... i just walked right up to an outlaw then circled around it and took it out it took a min cause it kept pivoting while i was trying to get behind it, but stealth working also

I did state in my post that a lot of the options still appeared to work, however people seem to be experiencing some problems so a specific trainer might be best, especially as the game recieves patches they'll be less likely to still be compatible.

I see, you must have posted the edit after i had read the comments. The only one i had any kinda weirdness with so far has been is the stealth one, the enemies still "see" you but they are not able to attack you.
well the human enemies so far the ferals and the plant that bangs the ground still attacks when you get close, the plant that looks like an orchid just kinda looks at you. i assume it is ranged i didnt turn off stealth to test. I also have not used the invis option.
Has anybody gotten the easy trades to work? I've tried turning it on before or during the trade, putting an item in the "Give" column and the scales tip as you would expect.
However; the complete trade button never activates.

super cool if I had a SAVE right before this so I can simply walk up and attempt to do what you are doing to replicate your issue with your save on my computer.
Otherwise, things like this never get "fixed"
