mobs drop loot where they generally wouldn't have before. It's basically forcing the game to make loot drop. Nothing more.

Yes, I have experience same issue like you, cannot kill enemies when I activated unlimited sprint or unlimited stamina, and the enemies' behaviour became super weird when the option activated.

Thanks for updating, Can anyone tell me what 'Gems' are? I cant seem to find them in game anywhere and the number seems to fluctuate between 1-4?
