I do however wish you could test the same on PC first, as it may be a steamdeck issue related to trainer. It's a bit unlikely, but best to have that cleared first as we only test on PC

I have sent a report.
Some small and big bosses have infinite health when unlimited health or god mode is active. I play on PC.

I would be near an elite boss where the health bar was also infinite while unlimited health or god mode was active.
I have never sent a save file, I hope this is correct.

The game has two different save states. One save state with cheats, one without cheats. If you activate the cheats, one save state starts. If you deactivate Aurora, you get a different save state where the achievements are unlocked.
I play on Steam Deck.
I started the game without Aurora and unlocked achievements. After saving and starting Aurora, I couldn't unlock any more achievements and the game restarted completely

Does the trainer disable achievements?

try getting an achievement and let us know

I haven't had any issues obtaining achievements using the trainer and I last played the game yesterday evening with no issues.
