My man, technically the game wasn't supposed to come out until midnight and the trainer has TONS of features already.
I imagine for a huge game like this, we'll get new features pretty rapidly.

yes it was left on, then after a while I have a desync & have to reload the save

I too was having this issue, particularly in cities. My best guess as to what is happening is that an NPC somewhere off-screen in the town is taking a small amount of damage from something and 'weak enemies' is causing the civilian NPC to die causing a desync.
