Ah, what happened to mega loot?
chances are it was removed since it no longer available to "trained" reliably
So now what method do we use to get more money?

In the game it stays at 0. No matter what I set it to in the trainer it does not go up. And now after using the trainer even if I gain a mastery point genuinely, it still stays at 0.
The game must show at least 1 mastery point for the trainer option to work, however many MP you input in the trainer. So if you have the trainer MP set to, say, 100, once in game when you spend 1, game will show you now have 99. As far as getting you out of your current conundrum, you might try changing the MP spent...haven't had your issue w/this game, but seem to recall from another trainer if you see a negative number in the MP spent field, try inputting same number in MP but as a positive, then experiment from there. Hope this helps.
Does the option for inventory effect money/Mon? I wonder if they are thinking of adding a feature to editing money.
Yes, as well as resources...when you want to craft/upgrade a weapon the materials/mon will not decrease. Nor will mon amount decrease when you spend some. HOWEVER, you must have at least the required number of items for this to work. Example: weapon upgrade requires 10 metal; if you have at least 10 metal, it will work.
One great tip I discovered is when you want to upgrade gear, you can bypass upgrading to all the levels by spending gold. So to take a katana from level 30 to 60 you can bypass doing a level by level upgrade.
