Invisible:
Makes NPC and Enemies oblivious to you. This may cause allies to not attack, and may cause allies not to follow. Use when appropriate.

Never Wanted Level:
If left on, your wanted level won't increase. Will also reset when wanted level would normally be triggered.

Currency' Gold:
Currency' Silver:
Progression' Experience:
Enter the EQUIPMENT screen.

STR Points:
Enter the STATS screen, then use the keys to scroll through the various stat types (like STR and CHR, etc.)

I think there's a bug. Unlimited health gives enemies unlimited health also.

there is a problem infinite life makes enemies invulnerable🙁

I used option 1 for health with no issues for enemies, They died as advertised...

Same. No issues on my side
