Tried Cosmos offline with it just to see if i could edit values in MyGm mode, And game just said nope, and forced exited.
I really dont get why its honestly needed personally -

I just did it. so there;s at least something. -

it also worked for mygm.
Interesting attempt tho.
took 4 attempts to work.
too much cash, Game freezes.
inserted a lot of money, then tweaked it to where i could exit fast without an issue.

You can turn on infinite stamina in the gameplay options.
