@Creationeer: That means battleye is still enabled. Uninstall the game, uninstall battleye. Reboot your computer. Install the game. If it asks for adminstratrive rights during installation or launch then refuse. Add the command, launch game, use trainer.
For Rockstar game launcher I believe you can add the command there as well or directly disable battleye.

Thankfully didn't need to reinstall. There's an option within Social Club settings for Battleye, that needs to be disabled as well as the commandline for -nobattleye to ensure it's fully off. It will of course be re-enabled when you go in to GTA Online.

i run from rockstar launcher, i have reinstalled the game no battleye but when i try to open the game it says can not launch game install battleye to continue or retry. i have added the command line also.
i see also that when i click rockstar in the trainer it send me to steam version as it says steam version build etc. launch game.
