1. Delete D3D12 folder and shader.cache2 plus the custom launcher MonsterHunterWildsCH.exe
2. Verify file integrity on steam
3. Let it download the new files
4. Start game normally on steam
5. Compile shaders.
6. Quit game and copy the the included launcher. Start it using it

use the 1.2 trainer, seems that fixed my issue. the new trainer kinda fks with my drivers also, kept getting a black screen.

Then you likely are using the old launcher and didn't clear the game files of old code.

Then I suggest you reboot your PC and start over.
