If you want to disable the ingame fog effect that casues a kind of "milky" layer in the background and around the lights, use the console and enter this command:
e_svoTI_Troposphere_Active = 1
It adds SO much clear sight. Thank me later
You can re-enable it with
e_svoTI_Troposphere_Active = 0
