Hello, it seems after using Low NPC stamina and energy, my horse and nearly all other horses are heaving constantly. He still sprints, but it seems there's a -153 stamina debuff on him. The infinite stamina on pets fixes it while I ride it, but he starts heaving as soon as I dismount. I made sure I am not overencumbered and horse doesn't carry anything but his gear.

What does the trainer log say?
What are the steps to replicate this issue?

Are you playing on Steam Deck or a Windows machine?
Are there any special instructions that need to be followed?
If the instructions say to place a launcher in the game files, have you replaced the launcher file?
Are you running Aurora as an admin? Not doing that can cause issues for a lot of trainers.
Did you extract Aurora as opposed to just running it?
Have you reinstalled/verified the game files?
Have you restarted your computer before trying the trainer again?
Have you set the antivirus exclusions for Aurora?
Have you followed the readme instructions?
Are you running the newest version of Aurora?

It effects all of the NPCs including your horse too.

I understand while using the cheat that it would be so, this is persistent after several save/quits and loading without the trainer. I tried changing the value of horse stamina in the editor, but the debuff remains. Not sure what to pull in the console to show the value

I can't see the KCD2 request for Gamepass? Has it been fully funded already because I can't see it in the queue either?
