No, a few does have some temp files or dll, but not all.
Which is why having exclusions in your AV is critical because having them not excluded cause issue has most modern AVs will see any inject program that makes files, and the files themself, as an issue.
Thanks for answering my question. I do set the exclusion for those files and the Windows Defender doesn't have any report about the threats. Plus I do use the trainer successfully before the Ver 0.14.0 update during EA. The only diffrernce from my side are some PC hardware changing and the OS changed from win10 to win 11. It just makes me so confused.
Temporarily disable window defender completely and if you have any other 3rd part AVs then disable those too and run as admin.
Some 3rd part AVs cannot be disable at all like Bitdefender and McAfee so either you have to uninstall them or find a convenient way to disable them.

I recorded my screen to show you what I have done and what the trainer react by temporarily disable windows defender. Since I don't have any 3rd part AV, there is no need to worry about that part.
I did whatever I could to solve your issue but the thing is that trainer isn't the culprit here, whatever the issue is it's on your end and that's for you to find out, I have nothing else to add.
Well, we just have two facts that you can run it in your environment and I couldn't run it in my environment even with the AV turned off. Although I still can't figure out what else can cause the issue, I wish I could have your knowledge to find out where the issue is from my side but I haven't. But anyway, thank you for spending your time on my issue.
The "No Overheat" cheat doesn't work. Tried it on the long straights, Oil and Water temps are still overheating at high speeds.
Need a save game with a car selected and ready to race which overheats otherwise do not expect any fixes.

Well, Im using a fully tuned Lexus LFA if that helps.
I did whatever I could to trigger the overheat but none of the cars I rode with overheated so I need a save game with a car selected which overheats at high speeds so I could replicate and fix it.

The only way for me to fix the issue is to sit behind your PC and run some deep diagnosis and fix it so given that fact this is the best I could offer here.
However, I can offer you TeamViewer session if you're up for it, PM me when you're ready and agree to this.

Here is one of my save files. Currently running a Nissan 180SX and it, too, overheats while running at top speed. I hope this is what you're looking for?

After your latest update I can run the trainer and I changed nothing on my side. Good news to me though. Thought should let you know this good news.
