It should be the key above the TAB key. You could also try and change the keyboard layout in Windows to English.

The developers last patches have ALL been to disable or prevent cheating using the console. The last update they ripped the console commands out of the game completely. We have 5 new titles today, 8 trainer updates, and this game in the past has been nearly impossible to make cheats for without the console, so for now the title is on hold until I have time to go back to it and check it out.

Even then, no guarantee that a trainer can be forced.

You can also do what the new trainer says to get a working version, much easier. Look at instructions in the new trainer
