PWizard is correct. The error message clearly indicates the program is executed from a Winrar temp folder. You won't get this error if you're running the installer (which doesnt use winrar at all) and also not if you extract Aurora into a folder on your desktop and run Aurora.exe from there. Even if the file would be missing as well, the path in this error description would be different.
