I'm a bit lost on how the money and XP works

The Money Multiplier and EXP Multiplier? I would think you set a number in the editor and then gain EXP and/or money and then it would be multiplied by that number.

Anyone get the money or xp multiplier to work? I used a variety of number : 3, 50, 150, 999, 75, 33 and single digits thru 10. Nothing seems to change. Is there a caveat to get this to work? For exanple, change number loading into a saved game. Maybe do not use a saved game? Do you change the numbers while you are on main menu page? If anyone is having success, would you please be kind enough to post how you got the features to work? Thanks
