My only suggestions in to speed time up, other than that I have no idea but I must admit durability is pretty poor and my rides etc need constant refurbishing
I also tried that and speeded up the game by x10 and waited 20 mins but durability didn't drop at all and I'm not sure what else to do to make it drop, this step is crucial to create durability option.

Just had a thought( I get them ocassionally) why don't I send you my when all my rides are deteriorating or do you need the numbers to lower to find the values?
