CoSMOS Gamehacking Tool

I found in Cosmos Advanced that you can set hotkeys for increasing and decreasing speedhack values, but the step is only going 0.5 value for each press. Is it possible to set a hotkey to set game speed to 0.3x speed and one for 1x speed for quick swap between those values?
Or does someone have scripts for game speed in general? I am still new to this.

Script for set speed would be:

[ENABLE]
{$lua}
speedhack_setSpeed(0.3)
{$asm}
[DISABLE]
{$lua}
speedhack_setSpeed(1)
{$asm}

Can you please tell me where to insert this script? I can't find the file in which i should add this script to.
