If so you might have to use the trainer option request system. Just bare in mind that if it was part of the trainer before, but was removed, it usually means it wasn't possible to remake it on an update.

Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.

Hey guys! Season 4 came out and they added kernel level anti cheat that blocks all reading of memory. I guess people abused the trainer online so many times they upped the game.

Due to this new anti cheat, the trainer cannot access the game any longer.
