back to my original problem,
i am maxed out on weapon xp, but the mastery points for weapons is inaccurate after reset/integrity check.
eg. im maxed on fist weapon, but only have 4 points to spend.
is there a way to reset the weapon xp so i can just grind the proper points?
Unless you edit it with the trainer or console, unlikely. Sometimes chances the trainer makes due get hardlocked into the game, and only way to get away from those it a earlier save or restart.
Could someone explain to me in more detail how the option Max Data Vault Challenges (numpad 6) works?
I read the description, tried like that, tried something different, I can't figure it out.
I know the game had today a big update, I reported it. Things that I use still work, I don't know if this one got broken by the update or I'm not doing it correctly.
Enable it, collect research currency, go back to the main menu and close the game, launch the game again and enable the option again and now you have maxed out data vault challenges.
Since the mastery point issues, all my weapons have reset, which is fine, however there are 4 weapons where im max xp but have like 30% of the mastery points,
every other weapon has its max mastery points, but for the las fusil its just 4 points and maxed xp.
is there any way to rectify this?
(this is with cheats off and file integrity checked)
same issue for me, but for all weapons. i was trying to fix it using trainer - but it is still the same broken values after the game reboot
i figured out the issue, the weapon skins in each catagory need to be repurchased to gain the correct mastery points. it reset without me realizing, so i repurchased and now they are all correct.
At which screen should I enable the option again? I've tried the main menu, after loading into the game, and before activating the terminal for the data vault. I can't seem to get it to work either.
The instructions are clear, Enable it, collect some research currency, exit the game gracefully, start the game and activate the trainer and the option again, enter the data vault and now all of the datavault challenges are completed.
I can't explain it better than this.

Thanks for the trainer. I have the same issue, could you help me check if there is a step where I'm missing something?
1- Run the game
2- Activate the trainer on the main menu
3- Select "CONTINUE" to start the game
4- Once in the game, press "6" to activate "Max Data Vault Challenges"
5- Go to "RESEARCH CENTER", interact with "DATA VAULT" and collect some research currency
6- Press "ESC" and select "QUIT TO TITLE SCREEN"
7- Close the game from the title screen by clicking "ESC" for "QUIT TO DESKTOP"
8- Run the game
9- Activate the trainer on the main menu
10- Select "CONTINUE" to start the game
11- Once in the game, press "6" to activate "Max Data Vault Challenges"
12- Go to "RESEARCH CENTER", interact with "DATA VAULT" => I tried it five times including some alternative ways by activating the option from the title screen, quitting without going back to the title screen - it didn't work on my end. All other options from the trainer are working properly.

I will remove this option since many are having issues with it.
