So is it possible to completely **** your reputation with the Syndicates? I messed with the options to alter them (both the on load one and the reputation editor) and they worked great in so far as letting me mostly roam around their territories unimpeded. However as many have mentioned you don't get the unique rewards for each group. I saw someone mention just give yourself a bunch of data items that you can sell to the vendors to raise your reputation that way. I did so, but I still don't get the rewards. ND-5 will always tell me "Hey you got something at the ship" or "Such and such sent something over for you" but nothing will be in the box.
Any way around this or to fix it somehow?

I've heard the message you are talking about but I can't even find the box. Where is it on your ship?
It's right where you enter from the rear of the ship on the left hand side. There is a box you can open that factions send stuff too and other characters.
@Caliber I have the sabacc chip counts figured out (each player chip count + chip outgoing). Willing to share the offsets if you are interested just let me know.
