I put in a new request for Final Fantasy XVI for the Windows Store because it is not on Gamepass and that trainer has been denied.
You are right. The game isn't on gamepass, so for obvious reason those requests are denied. Windows store I seem to find it, so unsure why that request was denied. Might be they denied both by mistake.
I suggest you resubmit the request for windows store.

It was only the Gamepass version that was denied. I don't think there has been one yet for Windows Store.
