No, it's server side so we don't touch that.
Also just a reminder with reference to a post I deleted from you. Cheathappens trainers are for singleplayer only. Any use outside of that would be a breach of both our and the games TOS.

So I don't know what to do. I followed everthing on here even deleted the game fresh install. Ran the game normally got to the table played a mission. made sure everthing was fine. Closed any and everything that had to do with internet. The beeps did there thing but the issue im having is i cant skip the cut sceens in the beginning and a I get and error saying it cant connect. I've even talked to the discord ppl and they were no help. Even tryed launching offline still nothing. So idk what to do.

It sounds like you didn't actually talk with the support team on Discord since it sounds like you aren't reading the instructions correctly. From what I hear is that you are launching the game from the CH launcher. Don't do that.

I checked the log. You made a ticket sep 30. You posted the images we ask for and I replied that you needed to follow the instructions and not launch the game from the launcher.
It got no reply from you and the ticket was closed almost 3 hours later.
Don't see any new tickets or chats from you regarding this.

I have the same issue, following the instruction doesn't work sometime. For me it 20% of time it will work. You have to keep trying multiple times and it will eventually work. The other way that works more often for me is to open aurora and open the hell diver 2 trainer. Have HellDivers2Launcher folder ready, when the anticheat disappear, count to 4 or 5 sec and open Helldiver2launcher as admin before the black screen appear. if you done it correctly you can skip those intro and should be taken to your ship. Then wait for the Anit cheat Icon to disappear in the taskbar on the lower right corner. if it doesn't disappear after a few min then it didn't work. just quit and restart the step again until you get it on the right time.

What you just described is the wrong way to use the launcher. It shouldn't be activated before the game.
