I can get Kanto Pokemon!
Beaty the Pokemon league with firered and leafgreen. Hook up with the trade center like you would with ruby and sapphire. You have to have beaten Evice. That's how I got Nidorina and Seel!

Duh,you have to get the ruby and saphire on fire red or leaf green,located on 1 island and i think seven island

I HAVE A LINK CABLE TOO I GOT A LV 100 VAPOREON AND A LV 96 CHARIZARD AND A LATIOS LV 79 TYRANNITAR LV 59 NIJASK LV 79 YOU TRY BATTLING BUT SEEL IS A COOL POKEMON TRY TRAINING IT SO IT CAN BE STRONG LIKE YOU I HOPE WELL MEET ONE DAY TO .....................

Yeh but you need the Trade Link adaption for the GameCube. Besides you can catch Enti, Suicine and Raikou and they are featured in the Kanto Region.
