I'm not sure why the staff guy discounted the report from the prior player that the trainer isn't working. It's the new Freeplay patch that is causing the issue. I just patched and as a result the trainers are no longer working.

Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.

Due to there only being one update request, it either means the trainer works fine, or it's not popular enough for the 2-3 requests required. If you haven't already put in an update request, please put one in.
